Through a partnership with Superior Health Plan, children in 5 Texas cities can participate in free water safety education classes. SHP STAR and CHIP members ages 4–10 who are residents of the following areas are eligible: Austin, Corpus Christi, El Paso, Hidalgo County/McAllen, or San Antonio.
