Registration for the 2017 Colin’s Hope Kids Triathlon Is Now Open!

We are pleased to announce that registration for the 9th Annual Colin’s Hope Kids Triathlon is now open!  This year’s race will again be held at the Lake Pointe Swim Center, on Sunday, September 10th, 2017.

To register and for more information please visit our website at www.colinshope.org. This year’s event will be limited to the first 400 registrants. Previous years have sold out very quickly!  We welcome and want athletes of all abilities! New this year is an elite wave for our competitive racers, along with our longstanding rookie, junior and senior age group waves.

Pledge Raising
A special part of the Colin’s Hope Kids Triathlon is our pledge raising for drowning prevention program. While pledge raising is not mandatory, we encourage ALL of our participants to raise $75 or more.  Each $75 donation funds the price of one student for our preschool water safety and swim program. Our Pledge Raising goal is $20K.

Athletes can raise pledges by sending the link to the Team Pledge Page to friends and family OR they can visit the Team Pledge Page and click the “BECOME A FUNDRAISER” button to create their own personal pledge page.  The top pledge raisers will receive special recognition and awards.

Colin’s Hope has a mission to prevent drowning and we want our athletes to connect with that mission. All athletes are invited to TRI in celebration and honor of a child who has lost their life to a drowning or survived a non-fatal drowning. Please go here, scroll to the bottom of the page and read the Families United To Prevent Drowning Stories Collection with your athlete(s).  Choose a child from the collection that speaks to your athlete and dedicate the race to their life. Colin’s Hope works side by side with all of the families whose children are represented, so email us and let us know who you are racing for.

We invite you to learn more about Colin’s Hope and challenge you to change your behavior to keep your families safer around water.

Thanks and we look forward to seeing you and your athlete(s) at the 2017 Colin’s Hope Kid’s Triathlon!

Thank You to Our Generous Sponsors
