BEST DAY EVER PARTY
The Best Day Ever Party aims to provide a stellar party experience while highlighting our mission and showcasing sponsors. Colin’s Hope hosts this annual, Austin-chic event to raise essential funds supporting year-round water safety education and drowning prevention awareness programs. The Best Day Ever Party typically boasts live music, spectacular food and drinks, destination raffle packages, a live auction, a Fund-a-Need Program and more. GOT2SWIM 10K – LAKE AUSTIN
The Got2Swim 10K is a solo, 2-person or 3-person open water swim that begins at Lake Hills Park and ends at 360 Bridge Park (Pennybacker Bridge). This epic swimming journey raises incredible awareness and drowning prevention funds. To connect participants to the Colin’s Hope cause, each athlete is encouraged to swim in honor of a child who has lost their life to or experienced a drowning. Swimmers are accompanied by a water safety team throughout their journey including a personal Water Guardian kayaker, lifeguards, and Lake Police. COLIN’S HOPE KIDS AND FAMILY EVENTS
The Colin’s Hope Kids and Family Events are designed be fun for the entire family with competitive and non-competitive options! Just as in the Got2Swim, participants are encouraged to race in honor of a child who has lost their life to or experienced a drowning. In addition to FUN, this event aims to promote water safety and drowning prevention among families. Participation medals, t-shirts, goodie bags, age-group awards and prizes for top fundraisers are provided each year. Sign up for our mailing list to be added to the communications list.
